Services

The technical detail most agencies leave out.

Below is what we actually build with, what you receive, and how each engagement is priced. If a stack choice here does not fit your situation, we will say so on the first call rather than after the invoice.

Mobile & Web App Development

Native-feeling mobile apps and fast, accessible web applications — designed, built and shipped by the same small team that will still be there at launch.

SaaS Architecture & Scaling

Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Pick the one that matches where you are. Moving between them is normal and costs nothing.

Discovery sprint

Fixed price

You have an idea and need a real number.

  • Workflow and constraint mapping
  • Technical approach and architecture outline
  • Clickable prototype of the core flow
  • Written scope, estimate and risk list

Credited against the build if you continue with us.

Most common

Product build

Per 2-week increment

You have a spec and want it shipped.

  • Design, build, test and deploy
  • Working build at the end of every increment
  • Shared channel with daily visibility
  • Launch, monitoring and handover runbook

Stop at the end of any increment. Everything built is yours.

Growth retainer

Monthly

It is live and needs to grow.

  • Paid, organic and lifecycle marketing
  • Server-side measurement and dashboards
  • Weekly creative and landing-page testing
  • Continuous product improvements

30 days notice. No annual lock-in.

Indicative ranges and what drives them are covered in the FAQ below.

Delivery cadence

What the next nine weeks look like.

  1. 01

    Discovery

    Week 0

A paid, fixed-scope discovery: we map the workflow, the constraints and the money. You leave with a spec and an estimate you can take anywhere — even if that is not to us.

  2. 02

    Design

    Weeks 1–2

Wireframes to a clickable prototype in your hands. We change the expensive decisions here, where changing them is free.

  3. 03

    Build

    Weeks 3–8

Two-week increments, a working build at the end of each one, and a channel where you can see progress daily. No black box.

  4. 04

    Launch

    Week 9

Store submission or production deploy, monitoring, analytics and a runbook. We stay on for the first two weeks of real traffic.

  5. 05

    Compound

    Ongoing

Retainer or handover — your call. If we hand over, we hand over documentation, not a shrug.

Straight answers

Questions we get before every signature.

If yours is not here, ask it on the call — we answer pricing and ownership questions directly.

What does a project typically cost?

A focused mobile or web app usually lands between $8k and $35k depending on scope; a multi-tenant SaaS platform starts around $25k. Marketing runs on a monthly retainer. Discovery is fixed-price and credited against the build if you continue with us.

How fast can you start and ship?

Discovery can usually start within a week. A first clickable prototype lands in about two weeks, and a well-scoped v1 ships in six to nine weeks.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do — completely. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and third-party services are created in your name. We work inside your accounts, not around them.

Do you work with existing codebases?

Yes. We start with a written audit: what to keep, what to replace, what is quietly costing you money. Rescue work is a large part of what we do.

How do you communicate during a build?

A shared channel with daily visibility, a working build every two weeks, and one scheduled review call per sprint. You will never have to ask for a status update.

What if we need to stop or change direction?

Work is billed in two-week increments and you can stop at the end of any increment. Everything built up to that point is yours, deployed and documented.

Ready for a real estimate?

Send the brief. You will get scope, cost and timeline in writing — not a deck full of stock photography.
